Hi I’m Paige!
I’m a 20-something corporate girl that loves reality tv, puzzles, reading, & prosecco. I’ve lived in many places on the East Coast from rural PA to the NYC area and now Charleston, SC.
If you love party planning, visiting restaurants & bars, and exploring new places like me, Toast on the East Coast is the place for you. From hosting get-togethers at home to uncovering the coolest spots to visit, we’ve got you covered, so grab a spritz and some friends and let’s dive into all things entertaining, Charleston living, and exploring the East Coast!
My Story
Growing up in a small rural town in Pennsylvania (population 300 small), I always dreamed of moving to New York, despite the fact that people from my town rarely moved, let alone to the biggest city in the country. I love my hometown, but I often felt out of place and knew I wanted something different. After graduating college, I moved to Hoboken, NJ, to work in Manhattan, achieving a lifelong goal. In between working (& playing) in NYC, I was visiting my long-distance boyfriend, who lucky for me, was living in beautiful Charleston, SC. I absolutely fell in love with CHS and finally made the move south in 2023
I hope to share these experiences so that you too can fill your life with fun, joy, and unforgettable memories
Your life is truly yours to make it whatever you want, and what I want is to experience the most fun, happiness, and love as I can. And hosting parties for friends, trying new restaurants with someone I love, or traveling with family are how I like to do that
I've always loved entertaining, and when I say always, I mean it! Check out some of my childhood stories
Over the years, my event planning skills have only improved: hosting elaborate brunches, themed dinners, and even large graduation and engagement parties
-
At age 5 on our annual family beach vacation, I would host a party for the house with hand-delivered invitations, decorations my grandpa helped me buy at the party supply store, and goody bags.
-
At age 7, my sister and I opened a pretend restaurant with the handmade menus and our mom’s help in the kitchen of course.
-
At age 9, the circus-themed birthday party for our mom was a hit with Dollar Tree supplies purchased with quarters and a circus performance with acrobats (community gymnastics was apparently paying off), exotic animals (Webkinz), and our mom’s favorite: clowns.
